Comfy 3 BD/2BA pool home with space to spread out. *NEW AC System April 2023 *NEW tile flooring throughout the house, allowing us to be dog friendly! (please see house rules) *Family friendly features include safety door knob covers on doors leading to the pool area, child safety gates located in the main bedroom closet, pool screen fence is removable, lending more peace of mind. Of course, nothing is failsafe, so please never leave children unattended! "Peace of Paradise is exactly that, peaceful paradise! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend! We even extended our stay a day extra because we loved it there so much we didn’t want to leave! Kid friendly and great place for adults too. The hosts (including their co-host) are great too, including very attentive and responsive. Their local co-host gave us such great suggestions on local places to check out too! The grill/bar area is awesome for chilling and watching a game. There is a fridge, TV, lights, ash trays, grill and tools. Its awesome! The living room has a big couch, perfect for lounging. There is an office with another room next to it with a pull out couch for extra guests. This house is bigger than I expected! There was literally everything we needed there, including phone chargers. Other Details to Note
*April 2023 Brand New Air Conditioning System installed!* Florida has bugs. While we have a regular exterminator service, bugs like to come in when it is raining outside. The entire area has what they call No See- Ums which are tiny gnats that bite. While we have a professional pest control company service the property on a regular basis, you may still find a bug here or there. We do not refund for this as it's nearly impossible to fully control. Please help us by keeping doors and windows closed. Please do not tamper with the router or exterior security cameras Pool Maintenance is usually Monday mornings, please do not add any chemicals, or tamper with filters and equipment. Pool fencing is removable. There are plastic glasses and dishes for use around the pool. Checking into this property confirms that guests agree to all house rules and any additional fees that apply.
