This home is a true oasis. Quiet, secluded, peaceful. "We absolutely loved our stay at Karen and Pete's Palmetto Escape. The pool was our favorite part! It was crystal clean and floats were provided! Pool towels were also included. We even enjoyed a couple of night swims. The house was pristine and equipped with everything...I MEAN EVERYTHING you could possibly need, right down to toiletries and cooking spices. The kitchen is spacious and had a variety of cookware to use as well as storage containers for those leftovers. The bedrooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Karen and Pete stayed in touch to make sure our stay was going great. The welcome guide and house info was very well organized and easy to navigate. Thanks!" - Nick The main living area features a large sectional to sink into, full size recliner, 65" Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps, vaulted ceiling, fireplace (electric) with floor to ceiling bookshelves featuring books and board games , and natural light pouring out of the wall of windows. The eating area seats 6, with 2 extra chairs to pull up, along with a cozy 2 person bench seat at the counter. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new in wall oven/microwave! Dishes for 12, plastic dishes and glasses for outside (including plastic wine glasses!), children's dishes, cups, sippy cups, pots and pans, plastic storage containers, party and chip trays, bakeware, pitchers, coffee, tea, sugar, k-cups, filters, slow cooker, Immersion blender, electric knife, basic spices, food processor, toaster, blender, grilling utensils, serving bowls and platters. Check all the drawers and cupboards! "Amazing home. Karen and Pete have thought of everything. The house is super clean and family friendly. I suggest going in and looking through the fridge and cabinets before going to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet. Karen and Pete are quick to respond to even the littlest of questions. I’m already planning our next stay" - Donna Downstairs half bath with a built in ironing board and iron. Pool towels are kept here as well. First floor laundry room stocked with laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, and wool dryer balls. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master has a king bed, workspace, Smart TV, huge closet, luggage rack, and ensuite bathroom stocked with extra toiletries. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, workspace, 2 closets, luggage rack and a Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has twin over full bunkbeds, workspace, large closet, luggage rack, swivel rocker, children's books and toys, and a Smart TV. 2nd full bathroom upstairs with plenty of amenities so no worries if you've forgotten anything! There are extra towels, blankets and pillows in the closets. In the upstairs hall closet you will find a high chair, baby bath, and 2 child gates. "We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Karen and Pete’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and I do mean everything! The attention to detail made us feel as if we have been living there all along. It’s the little things that hit the most and this was a knockout of a stay! In addition, the salt water pool was perfect to relax and do nothing in. Propane fire pit. Large fully fenced in yard great for corn hole games! Plenty of lounging options with sun umbrellas. The deck features a propane grill, and an umbrella covered small table and chairs. "This was the best Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, spacious and the availability of the beautiful pool in the backyard made this the best place to have our annual college roommate’s reunion.
